ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in March 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked with Liberty Mutual. My experience in the insurance industry, combined with a passion for building strong customer relationships, ultimately led me to agency ownership.

I’m married with four children and have five pets, so family is a huge part of my life. I enjoy spending time with my family and building meaningful relationships with the people around me.  I stay very involved in the local community by sponsoring schools, neighborhood block parties, and other events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Thomas Cannon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
